Cancellation and Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the type of accommodation and the period of stay.
- A 50% prepayment of the total stay is required for reservations.
- For promotional packages, a 100% prepayment is required.
- For holiday period reservations, a 50% prepayment is required, and the remaining 50% is due no later than 10 days before check-in.
